Excerpts from Hungarian mythology - Part 1 of the World Tree
The Worldtree is in the middle of the Earth, on the "navel of the Earth" (maybe in a mountain). It is the basic concept of the worldview of the old Hungarian faith.

This tree reaching to the sky connects the sky to the earth, holds the sky, and its upper branches are home to the Sun and Moon. The Worldtree, which has its roots in the underworld, can only find and climbed by the táltos, a person who blessed with extraordinary abilities.

Its highest branches reach the upper world [ menny ( same word used for christian heaven) ]where the spirit of the glorious ancestors and many good spirits and deities lives. Isten (same word used for christian God) (Öregisten, Arany Atyácska) lives on the highest branch .
